The Consultant has a responsibility for leading the overall coordination of the planning, design and implementation of strategic initiatives and network activities assigned under the direction of the Manager, Planning & Development.The scope of practice will include various roles as facilitator, coordinator, communicator, and planner. They work according to the mission, vision, values and policies of NS Health to support the development and implementation of programs, services and initiatives throughout the province. The Consultant\'s activities are guided by the Network\'s priority areas, multiple stakeholders and by community needs and, therefore, require a professional approach.
