Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.How you\'ll succeedProcess Optimization - Gather and analyze operational risk metric data relevant to and impacting the SBU, and conduct moderate to difficult information/data analysis to identify process optimization/automation work in support of risk mitigation duties. Work with partners (internal & external) to identify, validate and reconcile various data sources in support of operational risk metrics relevant to the SBU. Creation of processes and code to automate delivery of new and existing standard analytics & reporting in Tableau and Microsoft Office. Apply critical thinking to identify opportunities for process improvements while understanding the needs of the departments.Design & Implementation - Apply Tableau development capabilities to transform raw data into relevant information, create appealing visualizations and maintain server platform to enable better user experience. Work closely with various teams under Governance and Controls to understand existing data and identify opportunities to turn complex data into easy to understand visual insights that are aligned to SBU objectives.Reporting - Maintain the group\xe2\x80\x99s risk reporting requirements and the creation or enhancement of reporting for the Governance & Controls team which includes Quarterly Risk Self-Assessment, Control Self-Assessment (RSA/CSA), various Management reporting, Annual General Entity Control (GEC) testing/reporting, Regulatory Reports Inventory, Supplier Governance (SAT) reporting, Resolution/Recovery Plan as well as Centralize and automate existing reports.Who you areValues matter to you.
