Reporting to the Senior Manager, Benefits & Wealth Programs, the Consultant, Wealth Programs will support the overall program management, strategy, financials, governance and communication of the Company\'s Wealth Program.

What you\'ll do:

  • Support company initiatives including costing, gap & impact analyses, transition activities, etc.
  • Support strategic communication & education of the company\'s retirement and savings programs
  • Work with plan administrators to develop content and implement initiatives to improve team member experience
  • Manage/support projects and lead cross functional teams as assigned
  • Lead/support ad-hoc and annual cycle projects
  • Assist with quarterly program reporting, identify trends and develop /recommend action plans
  • Consult with and support HR business partners
  • Monitor, reconcile and analyze program financials and metrics
  • Work with internal team members and external vendors on day-to-day plan administration and projects where required
  • Conduct and participate in market surveys
  • Adhere to internal and external audit requirements
What you\'ll bring:
  • University degree or College Diploma (Business/Human Resources preferred)
  • 3 to 5 years i working with retirement and savings plans
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing the activities of many different priorities at any one time
  • A self starter who works independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in working with large volume data
  • Enhanced proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Research and analytical skills showing comfort around numbers
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy while meeting deadlines
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and/or Retirement Plan Associate (RPA) certifications an asset
