Position Overview
The Learning & Organizational Development team is an extremely high performing team that is taking training at Trillium Health Partners to a new level. This team likes to collaborate and works well together. They will challenge each other to be better and to do better. They value partnership and will step up and support each other without question when someone needs help.
As a Learning & Organizational Development Consultant, you will be strategic partner in cultivating and sustaining a culture of continuous learning. You will work closely with our staff to lead professional development through the planning, design, implementation and evaluation of a wide variety of learning and development initiatives. You will be responsible for partnering with internal clients to diagnose issues and determine solutions including assessing organizational development needs, selecting, designing, implementing, and evaluating appropriate interventions.
