Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Learning & Organizational Development Support Coordinator to join our Learning & Organizational Development team.

Your Key Responsibilities

Provide daily administrative support to the Learning & Organizational Development and HR teams.

Manage the learning mailbox - the main point of contact for all training queries throughout the organization - with a focus on customer and client service. Common items include but are not limited to:

  • Assistance with Stantec\'s learning management systems and dashboards
  • General questions about training courses
  • Processing attendance sheets and course withdrawals
  • Assigning training
  • Providing reports and other data
  • Uploading external certifications
Respond to and manage tickets routed to the team from the IT and HR service centers.

Provide training on our learning management systems and dashboards to staff.

Support the Learning & Organizational Development teams with any required integration activities (stemming from company acquisitions, system migrations, etc.).

Set up training sessions and course offerings in Stantec\'s learning management systems.

Provide administrative support to groups in the organization who run specific training programs (e.g., project management, leadership, professional training, etc.).

Manually create, maintain and deactivate training accounts when required.

Attend and participate at regular team meetings.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

Experience working with HR or training systems.

Solid understanding of MS Office, particularly Outlook & Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong customer focus with exceptional customer service skills.

Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision.

A self-starter with a can-do attitude and willingness to take on multiple tasks and projects.

Excellent organizational skills.

Education and Experience

1-2 years\' experience in an administrative or similar systems administration role.

High school diploma required.
