Make an impact with our Consulting - Human Resources, Recruitment team as a Consultant. This diverse team of professionals develops innovative and practical HR solutions for our clients. As a trusted advisor, you'll integrate human resources considerations and expertise into clients' strategy, structure, systems and processes.

Responsibilities




Support the end-to-end recruitment process for clients, from initial engagement to offer negotiation and placement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and business objectives. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, and database searches, to identify high-caliber candidates. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles and organizations. Review and draft position profiles, candidate profiles, and other documentation for client review Develop and foster ongoing relationships with qualified candidates. Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met, and relationships grow and develop. Review, design, and develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations, and other correspondence. Assist engagement teams in developing effective relationships with clients while coaching and mentoring junior team members. Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation of delivery of competitive proposals.

Skills and Experience




Post secondary degree in Human Resources Management or other related field CHRP or other related designations or certifications are considered an asset 2 to 4 years of human resources experience in a Coordinator/Generalist role Consulting and client-service experience considered an asset Demonstrated project management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
