What You\'ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Planview Administration, you will be joining the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) team within TI&I Transformation and Enterprise Project Office. As a consultant supporting change management and our enterprise project management applications, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work with teams of stakeholders and business partners in:

Involved in leading and planning key initiatives and projects with a focus on positive people impacts. Work with minimal direction using change management knowledge in managing and delivering centralized change management plans for initiatives across the department.

Determine objectives, build and deliver on a holistic change management plan that illustrates and measures impacts, providing regular reporting and presenting findings. The role often operates in ambiguous situations and provides innovative, original ideas, accountable to broadly defined policy objectives.

Design and publish training materials (e.g. User guides, quick reference sheets, learning bytes, e-learning videos) for our suite of enterprise project and portfolio management (EPPM) applications: Planview Portfolios, ProjectPlace, AgilePlace

Facilitate training and working sessions to educate users on the usage, best practices, and enhancements for our EPPM applications and associated business processes

Support Planview communications and engagement activities for our enterprise delivery community, including managing and responding to user inquiries and championing the usage of our applications

Contribute to evolving Best Practices and Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve EPMO core functionality

How You\'ll Succeed

Change Management: Provide consultation on change management considerations for department initiatives, help to justify measurable benefits vs impacts for stakeholders, and ensure changes are implement to maximize adoption success and sustainability.

Business Analysis: Business requirement gathering, business process mapping, and working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to understand and solve for business problems.

Communications and Facilitation: Well-versed in written and verbal business communications and can vary your approaches in leading and facilitating group discussions.

Delivery Stakeholder Management: Draw on knowledge of CIBC\xe2\x80\x99s Enterprise Delivery Framework methodology to respond to inquiries and manage relationships with the project management community of users.

Who You Are

You have in-depth knowledge in the field of Change Management, acquired through official training and certification (e.g. Prosci ADKAR) and/or professional working experience working in a change management capacity.

You have an solid understanding of Project Management Methodology, through work experiences in project delivery, or through professional training. It\xe2\x80\x99s an asset if you are PMP certified or are familiar with CIBC\xe2\x80\x99s Enterprise Delivery Framework.

You have extensive experiences with Planview applications, from using the tools in a PM or PMO role or supporting the application in an administration function.

You have experience in Learning and Development. You have led/facilitated end-user training sessions, and have experience in designing and publishing user support materials.
