What You'll Do
Film our construction site 4-5 days per week
Create long-form videos(15-30 min)
Cut short-form clips for Instagram/TikTok
Make construction as addictive as those manufacturing videos everyone watches
Own the entire content pipeline from filming to posting
What We Need to See
Videos you've made with most views
Proven ability to maintain high retention on longer videos
Portfolio showing construction/renovation/process content
Your own camera equipment (we'll cover additional needs)
Strong editing skills in Premiere/Final Cut/DaVinci
Performance Bonuses
$10k for any video over 1M views
$2k for any video over 100k views
Monthly bonus based on total channel growth
