We're expanding our in-house media and marketing division to produce engaging, high-quality video content that highlights our listings, agent profiles, and community features.

We're seeking a

Creative, self-motivated Videographer & Content Creator

who understands the rhythm of real estate and today's social media trends -- someone passionate about storytelling through visuals, drone footage, and short-form content.

Role Overview

You'll be responsible for capturing and producing dynamic video content for property tours, agent branding, community features, and real estate Reels/TikToks. Ideal candidates are comfortable shooting both ground and aerial (drone) footage and have a good eye for composition, lighting, and pacing.

Key Responsibilities

Capture high-quality real estate videos (interior, exterior, lifestyle, and aerial/drone footage). Shoot engaging short-form videos optimized for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Collaborate with real estate agents and marketing leads to plan each shoot. Conduct occasional on-site shoots across the GTA -- including Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, and surrounding areas. Manage lighting, framing, and composition to ensure professional-level output. Edit basic video clips (if required) -- adding transitions, text overlays, and background music. Organize and upload footage to Google Drive or Dropbox promptly after each project.

Requirements

1-2+ years of experience in

videography or content creation

(real estate or related industry preferred). Knowledge of

drone videography

. Proficient understanding of

lighting, camera angles, and storytelling

. Ability to work independently and manage multiple shoots per week. Access to

reliable transportation

across the GTA. Must own professional camera equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless).

Nice to Have

Experience creating

real estate walkthroughs, agent promos, or lifestyle videos

. Basic editing experience (CapCut, Final Cut, or Adobe Premiere). Familiarity with

social media platforms, hashtags, and posting trends

. Creative mindset with a passion for visual marketing and storytelling.
