Job Description

We are looking for an honest, competent professional preferably with experience to lead our construction crew on day to day tasks. Tools and equipment will be provided if necessary. Responsibilities include:

-Supervise team members and coordinate building activities with the key objectives of safety, customer satisfaction, and efficient use of time (surveys and locates will be provided)

-Accept material/equipment deliveries

-Ensure the safe use power tools and equipment by all team members

-Ensure construction aligns with the expectations of the client as well as the quality standards of our business

-Ensure communication between the job site, client and managers remain clear and open

-Make materials purchases through company accounts and keep accurate records and receipts

-Track job site hours

-Occasional driving of pick up truck and up to 16ft trailer may be required

Preferred Qualifications:

- Construction experience, or job site supervision experience is an asset. We are ideally looking for someone who knows how to operate on a construction site and can work independently as quickly as possible.

- Driver's License and own vehicle preferred. (we are willing to pay higher wages for the use of your truck for work purposes if you have one)

-Leadership skills - The ability to lead others and maintain safety, professionalism and quality on the job site.

-Ability to lift up to 70lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
