We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine site boundaries, elevations, and contours, ensuring accurate data collection and management. The Surveyor will utilize advanced technology and software to create precise maps and models that support various projects.
Duties
Conduct site surveys using specialized equipment and technology.
Collect data related to site features, boundaries, and topography.
Prepare detailed reports and maps using CAD and GIS software.
Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on project specifications.
Maintain organized records of survey data and documentation in databases.
Utilize ArcGIS for spatial analysis and mapping tasks.
Assist in the development of project plans by providing accurate survey information.
Skills
Strong knowledge of CAD applications, including AutoCAD, for creating technical drawings.
Experience in data collection techniques relevant to surveying practices.
Excellent data management skills to maintain accurate records and databases.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for ensuring accuracy in surveys.
Effective communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with stakeholders.
