Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure compliance with specifications. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop budgets and schedules for construction projects. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly.

Skills

Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics. Strong background in quality control practices within the construction industry. Experience with construction management software, specifically ProCore and Bluebeam. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Knowledge of budgeting processes related to construction projects. Familiarity with construction estimating techniques is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: $117,449.00-$124,397.00 per year
