We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a thorough understanding of construction management processes. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and safely.
Oversee subcontractors and construction crews, providing clear direction and support.
Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets industry standards and project specifications.
Manage project budgets, track costs, and assist with construction estimating to stay within financial parameters.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
Enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations throughout the construction process.
Experience
Proven supervising experience in commercial or residential construction projects.
Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating techniques.
Demonstrated ability in quality control practices and budget management within a construction setting.
Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in the construction industry.
