POSITION TITLE: Construction Site Supervisor

Key responsibilities:

Oversee and execute full-spectrum renovation work (including framing, finishing, decks/outdoor spaces, and interior rebuilds) across multiple residential projects. Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers engaged in finishing, tilesetting, plastering, drywall installation, insulating and painting Coordinate and communicate directly with clients and internal team members to ensure smooth operations, schedule adherence and quality control. Lead, mentor and manage carpenters, apprentices and helpers providing guidance, delegating tasks and ensuring safety, productivity and craftsmanship standards. Be responsible for their performance. Read and interpret project drawings and specifications, set up job sites, sequence work, troubleshoot onsite issues, and ensure finishing details meet our high-end benchmarks. Manage budget expectations.o Review expenses and time entries. Schedule internal and subcontracted crews. Conduct quality control inspections to maintain standards and minimize rework

Skills & requirements:

7+ professional experience across multiple carpentry all scopes, tile setting, drywallinstallation, demolition in residential renovation. 5+ previous experience as a supervisor or foreman; experience with high-end finish work, millwork, or design-build projects is required. Ability to lead and supervise crew, coordinating with management, and driving completion of tasks to high standards. Excellent communication skills and a personable, professional manner. Own a reliable vehicle, hold a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment across different job sites in the Lower Mainland. A positive mindset, strong work ethic, attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and commitment to safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
