Prepare production and other reports Supervise workers and projects Oversee apprenticeship training Estimate costs and materials Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Read blueprints and drawings Leading/instructing individuals Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Consult with clients to determine the type, style and purpose of renovations or new building construction being considered Coordinate work activities to ensure commercial or residential projects meet requirements, budget and deadlines properties
