Enoch Civil Construction is looking for a Construction Services Coordinator to join our team.
This role answers directly to the Sr. Project Manager and is designed to coordinate sourcing, mobilization and billing of construction & Industrial tools following award of contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities
Prepare billings based on customer/client services
Support and implement contract-based procurement process for construction service equipment with the guidance of the Project Management Team and input from the Estimating Department.
Provide solutions and/or offer alternatives to client requests/concerns/problems
Facilitate servicing, maintenance, repairs, tracking, and credit approval as requested by client.
Facilitate mobilization, demobilizations, additions and disposals of equipment including transfers and conversions when necessary
Perform various clerical duties as required
Maintain all electronic files for reporting and auditing
Coordinate service requirements and maintenance issues that may arise
Development of province-wide vendor network with a business development mindset
Ground-level ability to analyze revenues and costs (produce financial reports)
Work with construction service providers and Sr. Project Manager to ensure prompt service and invoicing
Provide weekly updates regarding current contracts and Profit/Loss reports
Qualifications:
An extensive background in sourcing and coordinating construction equipment and industrial tools and equipment is required
Knowledge of a broad range of construction vendors and industrial tools & equipment suppliers is an asset
Above average level of software comprehension specifically excel is a must
