Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Coordinator to join a leading, locally owned and operated company for a full-time position in Ottawa, ON. If you have experience in industries such as construction, plumbing or commercial building maintenance, read on to see if this could be a new opportunity for you!Responsibilities:- Dispatch and Coordinate daily work for technicians
- Scheduling service installations and repairs
- Review and enter Work Orders
- Track work orders and quotations
- Answer incoming calls regarding service, general information, take information to provide to technicians for estimates
- Process payments
- Communicate with customers and technicians to ensure work flow is organized
- Other duties as required- 2 years experience in dispatch and/or service coordination
- Ability to communicate and liaise between customers and project managers (English, French is considered a strong asset)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
