This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality administrative services.
Duties
Creating, adjusting quotes
Updating specific customers
Digital Record keeping
Scheduling Inspections & installations with customers
Taking deposits on sold jobs
Posting costs, generating invoices
Customer satisfaction follow up, generating positive reviews
Other relevant duties
Working from the company office
Major Disciplines and Responsibilities:
Provide professional, courteous and timely responses to all inquiries from potential customer and sales leads
Support and assist the Sales members to ensure the department provides solid consistent customer service;
Ensure up-to-date information within job file is timely filed & kept neat & orderly.
Ensure job file/information is timely distributed to next department/individual.
