Are you ready to take the next step in your construction career?
Simpson Group is hiring a
Construction Project Manager / Coordinator
to join our growing team in Fredericton and surrounding areas. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive environment that's fast-paced, detail-driven, and focused on building quality apartment and commercial projects that you can be proud to point to and say, "I helped build that."
If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and keeping projects organized and on track, this could be the perfect role for you. You'll spend most of your time managing schedules, budgets, and coordination from the office -- with regular site visits to stay close to the work. If you like variety, enjoy working with different trades and clients, and take pride in getting the details right, you'll fit right in here.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a technical diploma or degree and 2-5 years of construction experience, who has either assisted with or observed project management firsthand and is ready to grow into a full PM role. You'll be given support and mentorship, but also the independence to manage your own responsibilities and see projects through from start to finish. More experienced applicants are also welcome to apply.
If you don't enjoy desk work, struggle with paperwork or details, or prefer working alone, this probably isn't the right fit.
