Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions across various departments. Responsibilities



Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and bookkeeping Assist with customer support inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent phone etiquette and support Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for staff and clients Support medical or dental office functions, including patient check-in/out, insurance verification, and medical office documentation (if applicable) Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and maintaining organized filing systems Provide administrative support for special projects as needed, ensuring timely completion of tasks

Experience



Previous office experience is required; experience in medical or dental offices is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is preferred Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk responsibilities Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading and document management Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Clerical experience including filing, typing, and general administrative duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
