Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting with various tasks that contribute to the successful completion of building and renovation work. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction and carpentry tasks Load and unload materials and tools needed for construction projects. Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and ensuring proper organization of tools and equipment. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Help with the setup and teardown of scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures. Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as required.

Experience

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus. Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with a team. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
