We are seeking motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as Construction Laborer. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Duties
Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
Load and unload construction materials, ensuring they are stored safely.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of experienced tradespeople.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Support skilled workers in various tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and concrete pouring.
Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the project.
Requirements
Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities on the job site.
Familiarity with safety practices in a construction environment is a plus.
Must be able to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with others.
A valid driver's license may be required for some positions.
