Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will support various construction projects by performing a range of tasks that require physical strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to work as part of a team, and willing to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites before and after construction activities. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to the overall success of the project. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety for all team members. Perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, digging trenches, and mixing materials. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site to minimize risks.

Experience

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality on the job site.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
