Brainard Custom is growing again!

We are seeking an experienced Construction Assistant Supervisor / Assistant Site Lead to co-lead our construction teams with a focus on quality and integrity. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, have an open mind and a strong understanding of construction, renovation processes and BC building codes. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations on-site, leading a team, providing some training to junior / apprentice carpenters and ensuring that projects are completed on time, while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. You will be working under the Lead Foreman, so you must be able to take direction. Looking to hire immediately.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers while maintaining quality building and renovations. The ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction efforts effectively would be an asset. Clear communication is an important asset. MUST live in the Invermere BC area.

Experience

Experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure project specifications are met.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
