We are currently seeking a

Working Foreman / Site Supervisor

with hands-on experience in

sewer, watermain, and civil infrastructure projects

to lead our field crews while actively working alongside them.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise construction crews on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification. Actively participate in daily site work, including sewer, watermain, and other underground installations. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to maintain workflow efficiency. Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to crew members. Track daily progress, document site activities, and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5 years' experience in

civil construction

, specifically sewer, watermain, and underground utility work. Proven leadership experience as a

Foreman, Lead Hand, or Site Supervisor

. Strong knowledge of underground utility installation methods, materials, and equipment operation. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship. Valid driver's license; DZ license is an asset.
