We're busy - which means we need you to help support our goals. We are currently looking for a

Construction Advanced First Aid/OFA Level 2 and Site Safety Officer

to carry out safety protocols as well as labour duties at the jobsite.

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, the First Aid Attendant will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

Conduct site inspections to identify workplace hazards and ensure compliance with the Worker's Compensation Act, Occupational Health and Safety Regulation and Yellowridge Policies Provide site health and safety training, indoctrination, and safety orientations to employees Perform light carpentry and labour tasks, and operate equipment as needed Participate in incident investigations and ensure corrective actions have been implemented Maintain health and safety records and statistics in accordance with WCB requirements Provide first aid to injured workers, within your scope of training Coordinate and attend on-site health and safety meetings

Qualifications:

Advanced / OFA3 First Aid Attendant Certification 2 years' experience in Construction as asset Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to carry out safety initiatives on the job site

Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour
