Add in your ability to juggle multiple projects and knack for seeing the big picture; you\xe2\x80\x99re an excellent fit for our role of Program Specialist, Commercial and Industrial.

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial and industrial rebates. You\xe2\x80\x99ll develop integral partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to meet their needs and uphold our program requirements. In this role, you will:
Facilitate and deliver our commercial and industrial programs by developing a working knowledge of these programs, processes and systems.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
Deliver world-class customer service to all program stakeholders. What it takes:
A diploma in marketing, communications or a related discipline from a recognized program, plus a minimum of three years of recent, related experience working with projects or program/project development. A valid B.C. driver\xe2\x80\x99s license is required.
A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering an elite level of customer service.
An incredible memory and skill for retaining detailed information.
Extremely self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently with little to no supervision.
Solutions-oriented with a proven track record of working well with various teams.
In this role, you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.
