Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous:



Offrir des conseils professionnels en ressources humaines a certains groupes d'affaires en tenant compte des meilleures pratiques et tendances et en s'assurant que les decisions et pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines repondent aux legislations ainsi qu'aux regles et valeurs de l'entreprise. Participer aux comites de gestion des groupes attitres, etre constamment au fait des enjeux en matiere de gestion des ressources humaines. Faire des analyses et recommander des strategies et solutions potentielles a une variete de problematiques de gestion des ressources humaines. Faire des enquetes, accompagner les gestionnaires dans la gestion des conflits et autres problematiques. Forces et interets en gestion des relations de travail. Mener et/ou participer a des projets nationaux strategiques et au deploiement de programmes corporatifs et initiatives sectorielles. Repondre a des questions complexes liees a la gestion des ressources humaines. Developper des outils, animer des tables rondes, ateliers de formation et sessions d'information pour les employes et/ou gestionnaires. Collaborer et travailler avec les gestionnaires a la planification de la releve, a l'identification et au developpement des talents. Contribuer a l'amelioration des processus RH et collaborer avec l'ensemble des membres de l'equipe RH Indemnisation nationale, dans divers types de mandats. Faire des recommandations salariales basees sur les meilleures pratiques de remuneration. Faire des analyses de besoins et accompagner les gestionnaires dans l'etablissement et le classement des postes et dans la planification de la main-d'oeuvre.

Ce que vous mettrez a profit:



Diplome universitaire en relations industrielles, en gestion des ressources humaines ou combinaison d'etudes et d'experience pertinente Membre de l'Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agrees est un atout. Minimum de 6 a 8 ans d'experience en tant que partenaire d'affaires ressources humaines dans un environnement de travail similaire Facilite a evoluer dans une organisation multisite, matricielle et dans un environnement en constante evolution. Solides competences en communication, grande capacite d'influence et aisance relationnelle avec tous les niveaux hierarchiques. Fortes competences en planification et gestion de projets, rigueur, esprit d'analyse et de synthese. Pragmatisme et pensee strategique permettant de resoudre des problematiques operationnelles et/ou de grande complexite. Solides connaissances dans toutes les spheres des ressources humaines incluant la gestion de la performance et les relations de travail, la gestion de l'invalidite, la gestion du changement, la mobilisation, la remuneration, le developpement organisationnel et la gestion de talents. Le bilinguisme en francais et en anglais est requis en raison de la necessite d'interagir regulierement avec des collegues a travers le pays.
