Le/la Conseiller(\xc3\xa8re), Gestion des cong\xc3\xa9s fournit une expertise, un accompagnement et des conseils aux partenaires des RH ainsi qu\xe2\x80\x99aux gestionnaires dans l\xe2\x80\x99optique de favoriser une administration efficace des questions relatives aux cong\xc3\xa9s et des programmes de gestion des cong\xc3\xa9s au sein de McKesson Canada. Il/elle travaille en collaboration avec les ressources internes et externes pour atteindre les objectifs du service et de l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise. Il/elle jouera un r\xc3\xb4le cl\xc3\xa9 dans la mise en \xc5\x93uvre de nouveaux processus et pratiques exemplaires de gestion des absences afin d\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9liorer l\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience des employ\xc3\xa9s et d\xe2\x80\x99aboutir ainsi \xc3\xa0 un impact positif sur la dur\xc3\xa9e et les co\xc3\xbbts des cong\xc3\xa9s.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

  • Repr\xc3\xa9sente l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de Gestion des absences en tant que personne-ressource principale pour toutes les questions relatives aux cong\xc3\xa9s.
  • G\xc3\xa8re, en collaboration avec le/la Conseiller(\xc3\xa8re) principal(e), les performances de nos Administrateurs de cong\xc3\xa9s, en examinant r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement les dossiers et en surveillant les accords sur les niveaux de service (ANS).
  • Fournit un accompagnement et un soutien permanents aux gestionnaires et aux diff\xc3\xa9rents services des ressources humaines en cas de questions complexes concernant la gestion des dossiers, le retour au travail ou la conformit\xc3\xa9.
  • Veille \xc3\xa0 ce que les r\xc3\xa9clamations d\xe2\x80\x99invalidit\xc3\xa9 soient signal\xc3\xa9es en temps utile et \xc3\xa0 ce que les pratiques exemplaires en mati\xc3\xa8re de gestion des r\xc3\xa9clamations soient appliqu\xc3\xa9es par l\xe2\x80\x99Administrateur des cong\xc3\xa9s, les employ\xc3\xa9s et les gestionnaires.
  • Assure la gouvernance des t\xc3\xa2ches administratives et l\xe2\x80\x99exactitude des donn\xc3\xa9es relatives aux cong\xc3\xa9s dans Workday (par exemple, les formulaires pour les promoteurs de r\xc3\xa9gime, le statut des cong\xc3\xa9s des employ\xc3\xa9s, l\xe2\x80\x99arr\xc3\xaat du versement de l\xe2\x80\x99indemnit\xc3\xa9 d\xe2\x80\x99incapacit\xc3\xa9, le versement de l\xe2\x80\x99indemnit\xc3\xa9 de retour au travail progressif, etc.)
  • Initie et favorise une am\xc3\xa9lioration continue durable, et \xc3\xa9value les besoins et les niveaux de satisfaction en ce qui concerne l\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience des employ\xc3\xa9s et des gestionnaires par le biais, entre autres, de la formation, la documentation des proc\xc3\xa9dures op\xc3\xa9rationnelles standard de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe, etc.
  • Travailles-en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec le/la Conseiller(\xc3\xa8re) principal(e), Gestion des cong\xc3\xa9s sur tous les projets et les cas complexes.
  • Met \xc3\xa0 jour et analyse des rapports statistiques et de mesures, identifie les probl\xc3\xa8mes qui doivent \xc3\xaatre r\xc3\xa9solus, pr\xc3\xa9sente des recommandations et soutient leur mise en \xc5\x93uvre.
  • Met \xc3\xa0 jour les entr\xc3\xa9es de cong\xc3\xa9s dans les syst\xc3\xa8mes de RH et veille \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99exactitude du codage de la paie dans certaines circonstances.
  • Participe activement \xc3\xa0 la gestion des fournisseurs et aux \xc3\xa9valuations trimestrielles sur le rendement.
  • Tient \xc3\xa0 jour la documentation sur les outils et les processus d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe.
Exigences
  • 4 \xc3\xa0 6 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le fonctionnement quotidien des programmes de gestion des cong\xc3\xa9s.
  • Une bonne compr\xc3\xa9hension des pratiques exemplaires de gestion de l\xe2\x80\x99invalidit\xc3\xa9, de l\xe2\x80\x99interpr\xc3\xa9tation des politiques, de la gestion des fournisseurs, de l\xe2\x80\x99analyse des tendances et de l\xe2\x80\x99encadrement/la formation des gestionnaires est requise.
  • Connaissance et exp\xc3\xa9rience dans la gestion des questions d\xe2\x80\x99invalidit\xc3\xa9/cong\xc3\xa9s et notions de gestion des demandes d\xe2\x80\x99indemnisation et de maintien du salaire.
  • Comp\xc3\xa9tences analytiques et techniques, et capacit\xc3\xa9 d\xc3\xa9montr\xc3\xa9e \xc3\xa0 cr\xc3\xa9er et \xc3\xa0 pr\xc3\xa9senter des rapports de haut niveau, des sondages, des graphiques et du contenu PowerPoint.
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler en collaboration avec les clients et les pairs.

  • Sens des affaires.
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience avec Workday, Sales Forces ou syst\xc3\xa8mes similaires souhait\xc3\xa9e.

Job summary

The Advisor, Leaves Management provides subject matter expertise, coaching and guidance to HR partners and People leaders in support of the efficient administration of leave of absence cases and leave management programs across McKesson Canada. Working collaboratively with internal and external resources to attain department and company goals. Will be a key contributor in the implementation of new absence management best practices and processes to improve the employee experience thereby positively impacting leaves duration and costs.

Responsibilities
  • Represents the Absence Management team as a principal contact for all leaves matters.
  • Manages in collaboration with the Senior advisor, our Leaves Administrators performance, through regular case reviews and service level agreement (SLA) monitoring.
  • Provides ongoing coaching and support to people leaders and various HR departments, when complex case management, return to work, or compliance matters arise.
  • Ensures disability claims are reported in a timely manner and that best practice claim management is applied by the Leaves Administrator, employees and people leaders.
  • Ensures the governance of administrative tasks and Workday leave data accuracy (e.g. plan sponsor forms, employee leave status, stopping disability pay, gradual return to work payment, etc.)
  • Initiates and supports sustainable continuous improvement and assess needs and satisfaction levels with the employee and people leader experience through, but not limited to training, document team standard operating procedures, etc.
  • Collaborates closely with the Senior Advisor, Leaves Management in all projects and complex instances,
  • Updates and analyzes metrics and trends reports, identify issues requiring attention, presents recommendations and supports their implementation.
  • Updates leave entries in HR systems and ensures accurate pay coding in certain circumstances.
  • Actively involved in vendor management and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Maintains documentation of team processes and tools
Requirements
  • 4 to 6 years of experience with the daily operation of leaves management programs
  • Understanding disability management best practices, policy interpretation, vendor management, trend analysis and people leader coaching/training is required.
  • Knowledge and experience in disability/leaves management, and familiarity with managing insured and salary continuance disability claims.
  • Analytical and technical skills along with a demonstrated ability to create and present high level reports, surveys, graphs, and PowerPoint content.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with clients and peers.

  • Experience with Workday, Sales Forces or similar systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Fluent in both English and French (oral and written fluency is required)
  • Professional designation or certificate related to absence management is an asset.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$66,400 - $110,600
