Base a Montreal , le but principal du Conseiller aux PME est de generer des revenus, de conserver les comptes marchands existants et de maintenir une excellente relation en etablissant des relations et en fournissant un service a la clientele de qualite superieure pour les petites et moyennes entreprises.

Responsabilites Principales:





Generer des revenus

Identifier les opportunites de vente dans les portefeuilles de PME attribues Augmenter les ventes croisees et/ou ventes incitatives des services de cartes bancaires Faire les ventes et mises a niveau de terminaux Reevaluer les tarifs des commercants et ajuster selon la rentabilite du compte Promouvoir et vendre des services supplementaires offerts par Global Payments et des partenaires existants

Retention client / Maintenance du compte

Gerer tous les problemes de retention en utilisant des competences de negociation pour maintenir le commercant a un seuil etabli Maintenir un taux eleve de retention Assister les marchands avec les configurations d'equipements Participer aux principaux projets d'integration Effectuer les changements de compte Offrir un support pour les nouveaux parametres et/ou configurations d'emplacement du marchand Effectuer la configuration de point de vente integrees

Service a la clientele

Resolution de problemes rapide et efficace Effectuer un suivi dans les 24-48 heures pour tous les messages vocaux, trackers, e-mails Fournir un service hors pair pour toutes les configurations et commandes Minimiser tous les problemes d'escalade au premier point de contact Faire la documentation de tous les problemes dans le Tracker avec des resolutions de suivi

Qualifications Necessaires:



Etudes postsecondaires, de preference en administration, ventes ou marketing Posseder 1-2 ans d'experience en vente et/ou gestion de compte Bilingue en anglais et en francais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit Posseder un talent naturel pour la negociation Fortes competences de vente au telephone pour les appels sortants et entrants Solides competences en communication, tant au niveau oral qu'ecrit Fortes competences interpersonnelles en mettant l'accent sur les ventes et competences superieures en service a la clientele Capacite d'identifier tous les besoins et problemes des commercants en utilisant des competences de sondage et en utilisant des questions ouvertes Tres bonne gestion du temps et fortes competences organisationnelles afin de fournir des produits et services aux clients de maniere efficace Solides connaissances de plusieurs applications basees sur PC, notamment: Word, Excel, Powerpoint et les outils Google Solides competences analytiques requises pour travailler de maniere autonome et posseder un bon jugement pour escalader les problemes a la direction au besoin Desir et capacite d'apprendre rapidement et de facon approfondies tous les services, produits et structures tarifaires de Global Payments #Li-Hybrid

Role:




Based in either Montreal or Toronto, reporting to Team Leader, Small & Medium Enterprise, the primary purpose of the Account Advisor is to generate revenue through up-selling and cross-selling, retain existing merchant accounts, build and maintain an excellent relationship with merchants while providing superior customer service for high value, small and medium enterprise.

Main Responsibilities:





Revenue Generation

Identify all sales opportunities within assigned Small Business Portfolios Cross Sells/Up Sells of bank card services Process terminal sales and upgrades Manage re-pricing of merchants to profitable level where applicable Promote and sell additional services offered by Global Payments and Existing Partners

Customer Retention / Account Maintenance

Handle all retention issues using strong negotiation skills to maintain the merchant at the established threshold Maintain a high retention ratio Add Locations Setups Assist with equipment setups Lead Integration Projects Process account changes New Merchant Location Setups Integrated POS Setups

Customer Service

Represent as one stop Resolution Ensure a 24-48 hour follow up with all Voice mail, Trackers, Emails Provide strong follow up for all setups and orders Minimize all escalation issues at first point of contact Ensure all issues are documented in Tracker with follow-up resolutions

Required Qualifications



Post Secondary education, preferably with focus on Business, Sales or Marketing 1-2 years of Sales experience, preferably in a similar industry Bilingual in English and French A natural talent for negotiation Strong outbound and inbound phone sales skills Very good at building relationships and nurturing them via telephone and email Exceptional written and verbal skills Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on sales/superior customer service skills Ability to identify all merchant needs and issues using probing skills and utilizing open ended questions Great ability at effectively managing time and establishing priorities and strong organizational skills to deliver products and services to clients Excellent working knowledge of several PC based applications including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google tools Strong analytical skills required to work independently and escalate to management when necessary Willingness and ability to quickly learn and understand all Global Payments services, products and rate structures
