Le but principal du Conseiller aux PME est de g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rer des revenus, de conserver les comptes marchands existants et de maintenir une excellente relation en \xc3\xa9tablissant des relations et en fournissant un service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le de qualit\xc3\xa9 sup\xc3\xa9rieure pour les petites et moyennes entreprises. \xc3\x89chelle salariale: 45 000 - 50 000 + bonus

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s Principales:

G\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rer des revenus
  • Identifier les opportunit\xc3\xa9s de vente dans les portefeuilles de PME attribu\xc3\xa9s
  • Augmenter les ventes crois\xc3\xa9es et/ou ventes incitatives des services de cartes bancaires
  • Faire les ventes et mises \xc3\xa0 niveau de terminaux
  • R\xc3\xa9\xc3\xa9valuer les tarifs des commer\xc3\xa7ants et ajuster selon la rentabilit\xc3\xa9 du compte
  • Promouvoir et vendre des services suppl\xc3\xa9mentaires offerts par Global Payments et des partenaires existants
R\xc3\xa9tention client / Maintenance du compte
  • G\xc3\xa9rer tous les probl\xc3\xa8mes de r\xc3\xa9tention en utilisant des comp\xc3\xa9tences de n\xc3\xa9gociation pour maintenir le commer\xc3\xa7ant \xc3\xa0 un seuil \xc3\xa9tabli
  • Maintenir un taux \xc3\xa9lev\xc3\xa9 de r\xc3\xa9tention
  • Assister les marchands avec les configurations d\'\xc3\xa9quipements
  • Participer aux principaux projets d\'int\xc3\xa9gration
  • Effectuer les changements de compte
  • Offrir un support pour les nouveaux param\xc3\xa8tres et/ou configurations d\'emplacement du marchand
  • Effectuer la configuration de point de vente int\xc3\xa9gr\xc3\xa9es
Service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le
  • R\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes rapide et efficace
  • Effectuer un suivi dans les 24-48 heures pour tous les messages vocaux, trackers, e-mails
  • Fournir un service hors pair pour toutes les configurations et commandes
  • Minimiser tous les probl\xc3\xa8mes d\'escalade au premier point de contact
  • Faire la documentation de tous les probl\xc3\xa8mes dans le Tracker avec des r\xc3\xa9solutions de suivi
Qualifications N\xc3\xa9cessaires:
  • \xc3\x89tudes postsecondaires, de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence en administration, ventes ou marketing
  • Poss\xc3\xa9der 1-2 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en vente et/ou gestion de compte
  • Bilingue en anglais et en fran\xc3\xa7ais, tant \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99oral qu\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9crit
  • Poss\xc3\xa9der un talent naturel pour la n\xc3\xa9gociation
  • Fortes comp\xc3\xa9tences de vente au t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone pour les appels sortants et entrants

Role: Reporting to Team Leader, Small & Medium Enterprise, the primary purpose of the Account Advisor is to generate revenue through up-selling and cross-selling, retain existing merchant accounts, build and maintain an excellent relationship with merchants while providing superior customer service for high value, small and medium enterprise. Salary range: 45 000 - 50 000 + bonus

Main Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation
  • Identify all sales opportunities within assigned Small Business Portfolios
  • Cross Sells/Up Sells of bank card services
  • Process terminal sales and upgrades
  • Manage re-pricing of merchants to profitable level where applicable
  • Promote and sell additional services offered by Global Payments and Existing Partners
Customer Retention / Account Maintenance
  • Handle all retention issues using strong negotiation skills to maintain the merchant at the established threshold
  • Maintain a high retention ratio
  • Add Locations Setups
  • Assist with equipment setups
  • Lead Integration Projects
  • Process account changes
  • New Merchant Location Setups
  • Integrated POS Setups
Customer Service
  • Represent as one stop Resolution
  • Ensure a 24-48 hour follow up with all Voice mail, Trackers, Emails
  • Provide strong follow up for all setups and orders
  • Minimize all escalation issues at first point of contact
  • Ensure all issues are documented in Tracker with follow-up resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • Post Secondary education, preferably with focus on Business, Sales or Marketing
  • 1-2 years of Sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • A natural talent for negotiation
  • Strong outbound and inbound phone sales skills
  • Very good at building relationships and nurturing them via telephone and email
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on sales/superior customer service skills
  • Ability to identify all merchant needs and issues using probing skills and utilizing open ended questions
  • Great ability at effectively managing time and establishing priorities and strong organizational skills to deliver products and services to clients
  • Excellent working knowledge of several PC based applications including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google tools
  • Strong analytical skills required to work independently and escalate to management when necessary
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn and understand all Global Payments services, products and rate structures
