Le conseiller en ressources humaines est charg\xc3\xa9 de fournir un soutien transactionnel en ressources humaines au directeur de district et au directeur g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ral au sein de l\'entreprise r\xc3\xa9gionale du Qu\xc3\xa9bec par l\'entremise de diverses t\xc3\xa2ches administratives li\xc3\xa9es aux ressources humaines. Le titulaire de ce poste joue un r\xc3\xb4le essentiel dans l\' atteinte de tous les aspects du succ\xc3\xa8s du recrutement gr\xc3\xa2ce \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9laboration de plans de recrutement, \xc3\xa0 l\'utilisation de strat\xc3\xa9gies et de ressources d\'approvisionnement traditionnelles ainsi qu\'au d\xc3\xa9veloppement de nouvelles id\xc3\xa9es de recrutement cr\xc3\xa9atives.

Le conseiller, exploitation des RH ex\xc3\xa9cute certaines ou toutes les t\xc3\xa2ches suivantes :

  • Communiquer avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de direction au Qu\xc3\xa9bec et le partenaire d\'affaires des RH pour Dana Hospitality et la sp\xc3\xa9cialiste de l\'acquisition de talents, IFM, afin de comprendre les besoins en personnel, les sp\xc3\xa9cifications du poste, les t\xc3\xa2ches, les qualifications et les comp\xc3\xa9tences du poste.
  • Afficher des offres d\'emploi internes et externes en utilisant Smart Recruiters et d\'autres processus internes, le cas \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ant. Utiliser des organisations professionnelles locales et d\'autres lieux appropri\xc3\xa9s pour le poste, au besoin.
  • Recruter activement pour tous les postes de premi\xc3\xa8re ligne, examiner et \xc3\xa9valuer les qualifications des candidats conform\xc3\xa9ment aux lignes directrices \xc3\xa9tablies, organiser et mener des entrevues et effectuer des v\xc3\xa9rifications des r\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rences.
  • Fournir des renseignements sur l\'entreprise, les installations, les possibilit\xc3\xa9s d\'emploi et des aper\xc3\xa7us r\xc3\xa9alistes des emplois aux candidats potentiels, au besoin.
  • Fournir aux candidats s\xc3\xa9lectionn\xc3\xa9s une offre d\'emploi conditionnelle (verbale et \xc3\xa9crite), confirmer l\'emploi et planifier l\'orientation.
  • Pr\xc3\xa9parer et compiler les documents administratifs requis avant l\'orientation pr\xc3\xa9vue.
  • Offrir une orientation aux nouveaux employ\xc3\xa9s, au besoin, en fonction des exigences de l\'entreprise.
  • Collaborer avec le Centre de service des RH pour assurer l\'orientation des nouveaux employ\xc3\xa9s.
  • Assister \xc3\xa0 des salons de l\'emploi pour le recrutement et la reconnaissance/marque de l\'entreprise.
  • Fournir un soutien g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9raliste au directeur de district et au directeur g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ral au Qu\xc3\xa9bec et \xc3\xa0 la conseill\xc3\xa8re du partenaire commercial des RH, Dana Hospitality.
  • Fournir d\'autres types de soutien administratif au groupe de direction du Qu\xc3\xa9bec.
  • Coordonner les autres actions des employ\xc3\xa9s (c.-\xc3\xa0-d. les cessations d\'emploi, etc.) conform\xc3\xa9ment aux processus et politiques de Dexterra ainsi qu\'aux lois locales.
  • D\'autres t\xc3\xa2ches, au besoin.
WHAT\'S THE JOB?

The HR Advisor is responsible for providing transactional HR support to the District Manager and General Manager within the Quebec Regional business through a variety of administrative HR related duties. This position plays a critical role in delivering all facets of recruiting success through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas.

The HR Operations Advisor performs some or all of the following duties:
  • Confer with Leadership team within Quebec and HR Business Partner for Dana Hospitality and Talent Acquisition Specialist, IFM, to understand personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
  • Post internal and external job postings utilizing Smart Recruiters and other internal processes as appropriate Utilize local professional organizations and other position appropriate venues when required.
  • Actively recruit for all front-line positions, review and evaluate applicant qualifications according to established guidelines, set up and conduct interviews, and complete reference checks.
  • Provide information on company, facilities, job opportunities and realistic job previews to potential applicants as necessary.
  • Provide selected candidates with conditional offer of employment (verbal and written), confirm employment and schedule orientation.
  • Prepare and compile administrative documents required before the scheduled orientation.
  • Deliver new employee orientation as required based on business requirements.
  • Work with HR Service Centre to ensure new employee orientation.
  • Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition/branding.
  • Provide generalist support to the District Manager and General Manager within Quebec and the HRBP Advisor, Dana Hospitality.
  • Provide other types of administrative support for Quebec leadership group.
  • Coordinate other employee actions (ie: terminations, etc) in accordance with Dexterra processes and policies as well as local legislation.
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications

  • Compl\xc3\xa8tement bilingue - \xc3\xa0 l\'oral et \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9crit (fran\xc3\xa7ais et anglais)
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes postsecondaires ou dipl\xc3\xb4me en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Trois ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans des postes li\xc3\xa9s aux ressources humaines, un atout.
  • Ax\xc3\xa9 sur le service.
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication \xc3\xa9crite et verbale.
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 de prioriser de multiples demandes afin de respecter les \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ances et de maintenir une stricte confidentialit\xc3\xa9.
  • Aptitudes exceptionnelles pour l\'analyse, la r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes et la prise de d\xc3\xa9cisions.
  • Souci du d\xc3\xa9tail et sens de l\'organisation m\xc3\xa9ticuleux.
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 de travailler individuellement et en tant que membre de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe.
  • Environnement de bureau avec un horaire de travail flexible, n\xc3\xa9cessitant potentiellement du travail le soir et la fin de semaine. Form\xc3\xa9, au besoin, aux protocoles de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 requis.
  • Le titulaire de ce poste devra r\xc3\xa9pondre \xc3\xa0 un ensemble hybride d\'exigences relatives \xc3\xa0 la t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9commande et au site. Horaire \xc3\xa0 d\xc3\xa9terminer.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Fully bilingual - written and oral (French and English)
  • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3 years\' experience in Human Resources related roles preferred.
  • Service oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands to meet deadlines, and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work individually and as a team member.
  • Office environment with a flexible work schedule, potentially requiring work on evenings and weekends. Trained, as necessary, in required safety protocols.
  • This position will a hybrid of remote and on-site requirements. Schedule to be determined.
