Huron Shores Property Management is a full service condominium management company, managing condos of all sizes throughout Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent. Our team services condo communities and corporations through their board of directors' and we work to ensure the complexes are well cared for.
Our full time property managers will be trained to take on a series of condominium corporations in our region including taking care of monthly board meetings, minute taking, presentation of financials, data entry and documentation is key to this role in addition the facilitation of resident concerns and complaints, execution of board of director decisions, oversight of the request for proposal process for quoting and coordination for maintenance issues.

Superior written and verbal communication skills required, rapid responses needed and exceptional email management at high volumes is a requirement.
Those with a Limited Licence from the CMRAO will be preferred applicants, but we are willing to train for the role. In order to become a fully licenced Condo Manager there is a two year training and education process under the supervision of a General Licence Holder.
