We are currently seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations at a high-end condominium in downtown Toronto and a townhouse complex in Guildwood Village.
Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of condominium property management experience (mandatory)
CMRAO License (mandatory)
RCM designation and university degree (assets)
Strong leadership and supervisory skills (ability to manage 5-10 people)
Strong knowledge of the Condominium Act, operational procedures, general maintenance, construction, and contract negotiation
Experience with condominium mechanical systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, organized, and customer-service focused
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and repairs
Administer and negotiate contracts for property services
Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost control
Ensure compliance with the Condominium Act and Health & Safety regulations
Supervise onsite staff and contractors, ensuring performance and compliance
Maintain strong relationships with the Board, residents, and vendors
Prepare management reports and Board meeting packages
Manage collections and arrears for common element fees
Handle emergency calls and coordinate urgent repairs
Assist in recruitment and training of onsite staff
Compensation & Perks:
Competitive salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
