This is a temp fill-in position for 11 days over a 3-week period from December 16th, 2025 to January 7th, 2026. The primary responsibilities will be to fill in for the Property Manager during their absence. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to property management, ensuring that all aspects of the properties are maintained to the highest standards while fostering positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
Duties
Manage day-to-day operations within the building.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident/owner inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols.
Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and maintaining accurate documentation related to property management.
Ensure maintenance or projects are completed properly.
Maintain effective phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and team members.
Experience
Previous experience in property management is highly desirable.
You should hold a GL with the CMRAO. Will consider an experienced LL holder.
Strong office experience with a focus on administrative functions.
Some Yardi or Condo Control Central experience would be helpful.
