We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented concrete worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the production and finishing of flatwork items, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the process. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment used in the concrete work production process. Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications. Prepare materials and set up workstations for efficient production flow. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively. Good communication skills for teamwork and collaboration. Basic problem-solving skills to address production challenges. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
