We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of concrete work, including forming, finishing, and masonry. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. As a Concrete Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the construction process, ensuring high-quality results on every project.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and placement of concrete for various construction projects. Perform concrete forming tasks, including setting up and dismantling forms. Execute concrete finishing techniques to achieve desired surface textures. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Conduct masonry work as needed, including bricklaying and block laying. Assist with drywall installation and flooring installation when required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.

Requirements

Proven 3 years of experience in concrete forming, finishing, or related construction fields. Familiarity with carpentry techniques is a plus. Ability to weld is advantageous but not mandatory. Experience with power tools and heavy equipment operation is essential. Knowledge of masonry practices and drywall installation is preferred. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety protocols on-site. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as required.
