Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential and commercial concrete forming. The Concrete Laborer will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete, as well as performing related tasks on the construction site.

Duties

Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools. Perform rebar installation and concrete forming Perform concrete slab preparation Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. Engage in heavy lifting and manual labor as required throughout the workday. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.

Requirements

Ability to lift heavy materials consistently throughout the day (up to 75 pounds). Strong understanding of safety practices on construction sites is essential. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork on-site. Willingness to learn new techniques related to concrete forming, concrete pumping, concrete slab preparation.
