We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques and have experience in various aspects of construction. This role involves working with concrete to create smooth, durable surfaces and requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Duties
Prepare and finish concrete surfaces, ensuring high-quality results.
Operate power tools and hand tools effectively for various tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
Install rebar and perform concrete forming as required for structural integrity.
Execute masonry work, including restoration and renovation projects.
Collaborate with team members on heavy equipment operation for site preparation.
Apply caulking and perform flooring installation as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Perform heavy lifting as necessary to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
Proven experience in concrete finishing, with a solid understanding of construction practices.
Mechanical knowledge is essential for operating tools and equipment safely.
Familiarity with carpentry, masonry, and restoration techniques is preferred.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Experience in heavy equipment operation is a plus.
Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and long hours on the job site.
