We are a well-established construction contractor serving the GTA, specializing in concrete & drain, specifically working on custom homes. We are seeking an experienced
Concrete & Drain Working Foreman
to lead our union crew underLiUNA 183
and help deliver high-quality results on residential projects.Responsibilities
Supervise and work hands-on with a crew on concrete and drain installation Plan daily tasks, assign duties, and maintain work schedules Read and interpret construction drawings, grades, and site layout plans Oversee installation of drains, sewers, formwork, rebar installation, etc Maintain a safe job site, conduct toolbox meetings, and enforce safety procedures Communicate effectively with project management, inspectors, and subcontractors Monitor material quantities, equipment, and daily progress reporting
Qualifications
3-5+ years of concrete & drain experience
Previous experience as aForeman / Lead Hand
supervising crews Strong understanding of concrete forming, drain installation, and cement finishing Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate layout Validdriver's licence
and reliable transportation Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities WHMIS, Working at Heights, and other safety certifications are assetsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55.36 per hour
