Job Description

Job Summary:

A Residential Cribber is responsible for constructing and assembling concrete formwork for residential foundations, footings, and walls. This role requires a strong understanding of blueprints, measurements, and structural integrity to ensure proper alignment and stability of the forms. The cribber will work with hand and power tools, assist in pouring concrete, and follow safety procedures to maintain a secure and efficient job site.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and set up concrete formwork for foundations, footings, and walls
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Ensure accurate measurements and proper alignment of forms
• Work safely with power tools, hand tools, and concrete materials
• Assist with pouring and finishing concrete as required
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements:

• Experience in residential cribbing or concrete formwork
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Team player with a strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 60 per week
