Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concrete Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience with concrete pumping, placing and finishing, possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results and experience in the concrete industry. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory agencies.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of work.
• Prepare reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions for management review.

Skills

• Proven leadership abilities to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Strong technical sales experience related to concrete construction services or products. i.e: concrete pumping, placing and finishing.
• Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in business development and account management within the concrete construction industry.
• Proficiency in technology sales related to construction tools or software solutions.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse teams and clients.
• Experience in outside sales is a plus, enhancing the ability to identify new business opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $69,482.10-$141,819.12 per year
