Summary

We are seeking a Batcher to join our team at Casey Concrete Limited. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process by accurately measuring and mixing raw materials to create high-quality concrete products. Your contributions will directly impact our commitment to delivering exceptional solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities

Measure and mix concrete materials (cement, aggregates, water, and additives) accurately according to specifications and production schedules. Monitor and adjust batch proportions to ensure the quality and consistency of concrete mixes. Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of batching equipment and ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of batch quantities, mix proportions, and any adjustments made during production. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and notify supervisors of any shortages or reorder needs. Communicate effectively with plant personnel, drivers, and supervisors to ensure smooth production and delivery operations. Identify and resolve any issues related to batching processes or equipment. Climb silos to check bag house and safety cap.

Requirements

Experience operating power tools and forklifts is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
