Recherch\xc3\xa9 : Concierge r\xc3\xa9sident Immeuble de 56 condominiums, situ\xc3\xa9 dans un coin tranquille de Verdun, recherche un concierge r\xc3\xa9sident. Temps plein mais horaire flexible. Salaire concurrentiel et h\xc3\xa9bergement inclut (3\xc2\xbd). Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s principales :
  • Nettoyage et entretien r\xc3\xa9gulier (passer aspirateur, vadrouiller, remplacer ampoules, laver le garage, etc.)
  • Inspection r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8re des espaces communs
  • Sortir et effectuer la rotation des bacs de poubelle et recyclage
  • Superviser fournisseurs, d\xc3\xa9m\xc3\xa9nageurs, et autres ouvriers
  • Tondre l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9, pelleter l\xe2\x80\x98hiver, et ramasser les feuilles l\xe2\x80\x99automne
  • Effectuer diverses r\xc3\xa9parations mineures
  • Personne de contact pour toutes urgences, incluant ceux hors des heures normales (sur appel)

Doit \xc3\xaatre pr\xc3\xaat \xc3\xa0 d\xc3\xa9m\xc3\xa9nager \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99immeuble d\xe2\x80\x99ici quelques mois, mais peut commencer comme concierge non-r\xc3\xa9sident pour une p\xc3\xa9riode initiale de gr\xc3\xa2ce. --- Seeking: Live-in Custodian 56-unit condominium building, located in a quiet area of Verdun, seeking a live-in custodian/janitor. Full-time but flexible hours. Competitive salary and on-premise accommodation included (3\xc2\xbd). Main responsibilities:
  • Routine cleaning and maintenance (vacuuming, mopping, replacing lightbulbs, washing garage, etc.)
  • Regular inspection of all common areas
  • Handling garbage and recycling bins
  • Supervising contractors, movers, and other workers
  • Mowing in the summer, shoveling in the winter, and raking in the fall
  • Handling small repairs
  • Contact person for emergencies, including those outside of normal working hours (on call)
Requirements:

  • Bilingual (spoken French and English)

Must be ready to move into the building within a few months, but may initially live off-site for a grace period. --- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour Benefits:
