En raison de sa croissance continuelle, Skyline recherche des personnes enthousiastes et \xc3\xa9nergiques pour le poste de Concierge R\xc3\xa9sident \xc3\xa0 Gatineau, QC. Ceci est un poste \xc3\xa0 temps plein avec r\xc3\xa9sidence sur place.

Fonctions essentielles du poste:

• Entretien r\xc3\xa9gulier des aires communes de l\'immeuble, y compris balayer, passer la serpilli\xc3\xa8re et l\'aspirateur, et nettoyer tous les couloirs, les conduits d\'a\xc3\xa9ration, les appareils d\'\xc3\xa9clairage, l\'\xc3\xa9clairage de secours, les extincteurs, les rampes, l\'entr\xc3\xa9e, les ascenseurs, la buanderie (essuyer tout l\'\xc3\xa9quipement) et le bureau.
• Assister dans la gestion de l\'immeuble et l\'administration de bureau.
• R\xc3\xa9pondre aux questions et demandes des locataires dans un d\xc3\xa9lai raisonnable.
• Mener ou superviser toutes les activit\xc3\xa9s sur place conform\xc3\xa9ment aux sp\xc3\xa9cifications de Skyline Management Incorporated et en conformit\xc3\xa9 avec toutes les lois applicables, dont la Loi sur la sant\xc3\xa9 et la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 du travail, la Loi sur la location \xc3\xa0 usage d\'habitation et la Charte qu\xc3\xa9b\xc3\xa9coise des droits et libert\xc3\xa9s de la personne.

Qualit\xc3\xa9s:

• Comp\xc3\xa9tences en entretien et nettoyage
• Connaissance g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rale de base de la plomberie, de l\'\xc3\xa9lectricit\xc3\xa9 et de la menuiserie.
• Bonnes connaissances en mati\xc3\xa8re de r\xc3\xa9paration et d\'entretein g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rale des syst\xc3\xa8mes de chauffage et de climatisation CVC.
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en organisation.
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 effectuer plusieurs t\xc3\xa2ches \xc3\xa0 la fois avec pr\xc3\xa9cision.
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 faire preuve de jugement et d\'innovation.
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler seul et en \xc3\xa9quipe.
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 soulever des charges allant jusqu\'\xc3\xa0 50 lb (23 kg).
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 se pencher, pousser, tirer ainsi qu\'\xc3\xa0 descendre et \xc3\xa0 monter les escaliers.
• Comp\xc3\xa9tences informatiques; un atout (Word, Excel, courriel et Internet).
• L\'exp\xc3\xa9rience de vente est un atout.

Formation et exp\xc3\xa9rience:

• Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes secondaires ou 5 ann\xc3\xa9es d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience reli\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 l\'emploi.
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience en location d\'appartement et en assistance aux locataires requise.
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le domaine de la vente ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Connaissance des lois applicables sur les locations r\xc3\xa9sidentielles au Qu\xc3\xa9bec et sur les droits et les obligations des propri\xc3\xa9taires et des locataires serait un atout.

We\xe2\x80\x99re growing!! And looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic candidates to join our team for the position of Resident Concierge located in Gatineau, QC. This is an ideal full-time; live-in opportunity!

Duties include:

• Regular cleaning of building common areas including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning of all halls, air vents, light fixtures, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, landings, entrance, elevators, laundry room and office area.
• Assisting in building management and office administration.
• Responding to tenant inquiries and requests within a timely fashion.
• Conduct and/or supervise all on-site activity in accordance with the specifications of Skyline and in line with all applicable legislation including Act Respecting Occupational Health and Safety, Residential Tenancies Act and the Quebec Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms

Qualifications:

• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
• Good maintenance and cleaning skills.
• General understanding of basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Knowledgeable with repair and general maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and remain detail oriented.
• Good judgment and innovation.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs.
• PC skills are an asset (Word, Excel, e-mail/web).
• Previous sales experience an asset.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or 5 years work related experience.
• Previous experience renting apartments and assisting tenants required.
• Experienced in sales or related field.
• Knowledge of applicable legislation respecting residential tenancies in Quebec and the rights and obligations of Landlords and Tenants an asset.
