We are seeking a polished and professional

Concierge

to join our front-of-house team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional member service by managing Club Services and coordinating both internal and external requests. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a passion for creating memorable experiences for members and their guests.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide a warm and professional welcome to members and guests in person, by phone, and via email.
Manage all Club Services, including spa bookings, car wash scheduling, dry cleaning, parcel services, and internal reservations.
Coordinate external services such as restaurant and event reservations, travel arrangements, and VIP requests.
Stay up to date on Vancouver's dining, entertainment, and cultural scene to provide informed recommendations.
Build relationships with local businesses to secure premium bookings and preferred rates.
Ensure the concierge desk is organized, welcoming, and stocked with resources.
Handle member concerns with discretion and professionalism.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience.
Support communications by promoting concierge offerings through Club channels.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in a concierge, hospitality, or high-end customer service role.
Strong knowledge of Vancouver's dining, entertainment, and cultural events.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency with booking systems and basic office software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
