Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team in Ontario. As a key point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients and visitors receive exceptional service, reflecting our company's values of professionalism and reliability.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy. Manage access control and maintain security protocols at the premises. Provide information and support to visitors, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Monitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious activities. Coordinate with security personnel to ensure safety procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or concierge roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Knowledge of security procedures is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Valid identification and legal right to work in Canada.
