Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Computer Systems Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of systems integration, and the ability to drive projects from conception to completion. This role is crucial in ensuring that our systems meet business needs while adhering to timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Plan and control budget and expenditures Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems Authorize the development of specifications for products or services Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines Facilitate meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs

Experience

Proven experience in systems or IT-related projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. Familiarity with systems integration processes and tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
