We are currently looking to grow our technical team of on-site and remote support computer & network systems technicians. We offer competitive compensation and are committed to growing our people with training and experience. Job description We are currently hiring for the Computer Systems Support Technician position. This position\'s duties include (but are not limited to) assembly, servicing, repairing and installing technology for ISSERVICE Technology and its customers, both at our office location and at the customers\xe2\x80\x99 site, as well as internal administration (documentation) and processing RMAs. You will primarily working on Tier 1 and Tier 2 setups and support for our customers, however you may be called upon to assist other technicians with other needs and projects where deemed necessary by management. Qualifications:

• College Diploma or University degree in Computer Systems Technology
• Experience preferred
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
• Submittal of time for all work performed throughout the day. All time must be accounted for.
• Knowledge of Microsoft o365 products and management
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Personable, good communication
• Works well in a team environment
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Participate and engage in company and assigned team meetings.
• Valid Ontario Driver\'s license and clean driving record
• On-Call ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Benefits:
