Program Compliance Coordinator

to support our

Registered Psychiatric Nurse Diploma (RDPN)

program.

Location:

Remote/Hybrid (Must reside in British Columbia)

Employment Type:

Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm)

Start Date:

June 15, 2025

Salary:

$60,000-$75,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

What You'll Be Doing:



As the

Program Compliance Coordinator

, you'll ensure our RDPN program meets all regulatory and academic compliance requirements. You'll work closely with instructors, students, and regulators to help maintain program integrity and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Monitor and enforce policy adherence, academic and regulatory compliance for the RDPN program Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records in accordance with internal policies and external accreditation requirements Support quality assurance processes, audits, and data tracking related to student progression, instructor qualifications, and curriculum updates Assist with curriculum implementation and updates in collaboration with academic leadership Act as a liaison between departments, students, and stakeholders to ensure smooth program operations Provide administrative support including scheduling, report preparation, and data analysis

What We're Looking For:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 3-5 years of experience in compliance roles Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice to have:



Experience in

post-secondary education

,

healthcare

, or

nursing programs

Familiarity with compliance tracking and policy enforcement Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in education and/or healthcare sectors
